Return and Refund policy
Kindly note that we do not accept cancellations on orders once dispatched from the warehouse.
As our chief product, tea is a perishable item we follow a strictly no return policy, unless if product is severely damaged during which circumstance a refund may be initiated with substantial proof of damage within 14 days of delivery.
Damaged tea ware may be initiated for return and replacement within 14 days from time of delivery specifying reason for return. Proof of damage must be provided and customer must ship the item in unused condition to the warehouse address.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
